Problem using 7tsp

Well, when i run 7tsp it works okay for a few installments then it just doesn't work after it gets to "Checking backup files..." It just stays like that forever. I ran as admin, i tried compatibly mode, i tried allowing everything through my firewall, even stopped my firewall, i did sfc /scannow. Nothings worked. Help please, thanks. http://prntscr.com/1k8bc

are you using Norton maybe?

its known that this program will give troubles regarding editing system files..
