EXPSTART.EXE Failed to update Bitmap

Hi All
I just love the themes created by you guys and I must say Bill Gates should be hiring such talent for future Microsoft OS systems....Seriously!

I have one problem and not sure how to overcome this, I have tried to install 3 themes from this site using the theme installer 7 tsp v0.3 build (3003) X64 English (Metal Theme Pack)(Robi Neon Blue Pack)(Mr Grimm's Concept Green Pack), after the first reboot I receive a pop up saying EXPSTART.EXE at the top left of the window followed by "Failed to update Bitmap '6802':24"[/color] , I click OK then followed with more pop ups with the same number accept not 6802 but 6803 then (4)(6)(7)(8)(10)(11)(12) then the welcome screen appears. Visuals seem to be ok.
I did use the Universal Patcher and all three are patched.

Using Windows 7 Ult with SP1 64bit.
i7 processor
Clocked 460 Geforce VGA 1G mem
Intel Xtreme MB
12G Ram
